Their quality of work is top notch, they are fairly priced, and most importantly, they are reliable! John even went out of his way to help me in an emergency situation on his day off - it's hard to find businesses that offer that type of service these days! The crew was extremely polite and considerate of my teaching schedule while at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are forever customers as John is honest, prices his jobs fairly, and his work exceeds our expectations on every single project. He also employs a team of hard-working professionals who are just as nice and easy to work with as John himself. Here’s what JHR has done so far on our home: *built a proper roof over our bay window which was initially flat without any flashing and leaking; *built a cricket at the base of our chimney so rain/snowmelt could no longer pool and then drip down into the house; *installed new flashing around the chimney because the old flashing wasn’t installed properly and was allowing leaks into the house; *installed vinyl siding (goodbye woodpeckers as well as mold and mildew on the north part of the house); *replaced old exterior wooden doors that had cracks/holes in them with insulated fiberglass doors; *installed storm doors; *installed new down spouts and gutter guards—and yes, the team removed the leaves before installing the guards. 😊 See more See less
